We understand that often times you may need a stick right away, sometimes we have stock in our UK office, but most of our sticks are housed in our warehouse outside the UK, our delivery time averages around 10 days, but we do state that we have a 15-20 day delivery time,   If there are any questions or concerns we phone the customer right away.

When your order is posted you will get a confirmation email with tracking information.

Blackout Hockey  Sticks are shipped using UPS on 24 hour delivery service for the reliability & flexibility of working with the the biggest courier in the world and helps us get our customers their sticks as fast as possible.

Hockey sticks are a bizarre item to ship, expensive to send you just one, but pretty much the same cost to ship 2, 3, 4 or 5. Therefore we charge a flat rate of £25.00 for anywhere in the UK

15 day full replacement (or receipt of the stick in the case of shipping) will be warrantied at the full value of the stick in the form of a blackout hockey gift card eligible to be used online.

1. 1. Customers must provide evidence of the broken stick, either by returning it to out office location or providing images of the stick within 15 days from purchase (or receipt of the stick in the case of shipping). Failure to provide evidence of the broken stick within 15 days negates the full replacement warranty and the stick will not be eligible for return.
   2. Replacement sticks purchased with a full warranty claim come with no warranty (standard retail practice).
